How old do I have to be to order delivery?

Recreational customers are able to order cannabis delivery with a valid government ID proving you are over the age of 21.

Medical customers are able to order cannabis delivery with a valid government ID proving you are over the age of 18 AND a valid medical marijuana card issued in the state of California.

What forms of ID are accepted?

Your state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport can work as a valid form of identification. 2 forms of identification are required. Driver’s License, and any second form of ID along with a selfie of you holding your drivers license. 

What is your delivery range?

We deliver to the Sacramento and all surrounding cities within 80 miles. We may go further depending on location. We recommend calling our dispatch center to see if we are able to make a delivery to you! We pride ourselves with having the largest delivery zone in northern California.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash or debit cards via PayTender. Ask your dispatcher about PayTender today! If paying with cash, exact change is appreciated. Drivers carry minimal change.

Do I have to create an account to order delivery?

Yes, Fill up your shopping cart and you’ll be prompted to create an account during checkout. When you come back to order cannabis delivery again, just login and all your account details will be saved. 

May I tip the driver?

Tips are appreciated, but not required. Our team works hard to provide you with five star service and we are grateful for any gratuity that you contribute. 

Is there an order minimum?

Yes. All orders must meet a minimum order amount based on delivery location. Delivery minimum is $40 ($50 in select locations*)  before taxes are applied. In order to qualify for a Loyalty Sticker, you must spend $80 before taxes. $50 Minimum Locations – Vacaville, Vallejo, Antioch, Auburn, El Dorado County, and Winters. 

How long will my order take?

Typically orders are delivered within 30-60 minutes. Delivery time can depend on time of day and location. Feel free to give us a call to get an accurate delivery time estimate.

How does the customer loyalty program work?

We want you to be rewarded for shopping with us! After every purchase of $80 or more before taxes, you will get 1 sticker added to your Loyalty Card! After 6 stickers, you will be rewarded with $30 off your next purchase!
