Is Silverstreak Solutions Delivery Licensed?

Silverstreak Solutions holds licenses for recreational adult and medical cannabis sale and delivery. Licenses are only given out to dispensaries that are compliant with California’s Bureau of Cannabis Control. These licenses ensure that you are receiving product that is legally held to current regulations.

Can anybody order for delivery?

Silverstreak Solutions delivers to both recreational and medical patients in the greater Sacramento and Yuba City/Marysville area.  Outlying areas may be subject to a delivery fee when ordering.  We service both recreational customers over the age of 21 with a valid government issued ID and Medical patients over the age of 18 with a valid medical recommendation and a valid government issued ID.  Silverstreak Solutions cannot deliver to a public area, a private residential address is required.”

What type of ID is required?

Recreational clients over the age of 21 are required to provide a valid government issued ID.  Medical patients over the age of 18 are required to provide a valid medical recommendation as well as a valid government issued ID.”

Is there an order minimum?

We have an order minimum of $40 before tax and special discounts.  Delivery fees to outlying areas may incur a delivery fee and are not included towards this total minimum

What is your delivery range?

Silverstreak services the greater Sacramento and Yuba City/Marysville area including Rancho Cordova, Folsom, Orangevale, Citrus Heights, N. Highlands, W. Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Yuba City, Marysville and Olivehurst. If you’re not in one of, or near one of these areas, you may incur a delivery fee upon checkout. Please call us with any questions about eligibility and delivery fees

What kind of payment do you accept?

Payment Options:


  • Payment collected by drivers at the time of delivery. Exact amount preferred. Change can be issued by drivers but is very limited (driver discretion)


  • Sign up securely with PayTender and use your bank account, debit, or mobile phone to pay for your order. PayTender is similar to Venmo and Cashapp.

Do I have to create an account to order delivery?

Yes, if you would like to take advantage of our delivery service, you will need to create an account. (It’s free!)

All new accounts require three forms of identification emailed to

  1. Valid ID
  2. Selfie with Valid ID in hand
  3. Piece of Mail with your name on it (No Debit or credit cards)

Then your are all set and can begin placing orders!

How long will my order take?

We at Silverstreak Solutions pride ourselves with a quick an easy delivery process.  Delivery times can vary depending on order volume and location.  Please call to inquire about current delivery estimates.

Can I pre-order and set the time of my delivery?

Orders will be fulfilled in real-time during our set delivery hours.  If you would like to request a delivery for a certain time please call dispatch to inquire.  Keep in mind Silverstreak solutions cannot guarantee exact delivery times

Do you offer any discounts to veterans?

We offer a veterans discount of 10%, inform dispatch of your veterans status when placing an order and proof of veterans status must be presented to the driver upon delivery.  The 10% Veterans discount cannot be applied to items that are already discounted.”

Can i change my delivery address once I have already ordered?

No, our driver will head to the destination you entered when you placed your order. Make sure you’re there to receive it!

What is your return policy?

We do not offer refunds or returns, only exchanges.  All product is guaranteed for 24 hours.  For exchange eligibility all flower must remain unopened, all other product is eligible for exchange dependent on management approval within 24 hours.  Repeated requests for exchanges or abuse of our exchange policy may result in further exchange requests being denied

Can I tip the driver?

You may, but it is not our standard policy. Our drivers are compensated fairly.

Are my neighbors/colleagues all going to know that I just ordered pot?

Our delivery car is a discreet vehicle with no external branding or messaging.  If you require further discretion, please call our dispatch team to provide them with special instructions.  Due to state law we are prohibited from delivering to public places and are required to deliver to a privately-owned address, therefore our ability to meet all discretionary needs is limited by state law.

What are the order limitations for both recreational and medical use?

California state law limits recreational users to 1 oz of flower and/or up to 8 grams of concentrate. Medical patients are limited to 8 oz of flower and/or up to 8 grams of concentrate.  Cannabis edibles are limited to 100 total mg per package at 10mg per dose.  There is not a legal limitation for cannabis edibles for medical patients

Anything else?

You are responsible for being present for deliveries. Missed deliveries may lead to termination of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
